Hi

I bit the bullet and did this an hour ago. It took me about just over an hour. I think you are right and have to loosen that 19mm bolt to allow the inner part of the tensioner to rotate for adjustment. But the rubber bush together with the shock absorber does the work of tensioning. I did not tension all the way till the indicator FULL mark as the belt was already very tight at the halfway mark. It might loosen with time.

After the belt is quiet I am now more aware of what I suspect is hydraulic lifter noise. But that is another thread.....
