Answers to questions:

1) what are the hoses there, transporting what liquid?

These lines are the hot coolant connecting to the heating coil. Probably the flexible line is loose at the aluminum pipe connection.

2) how can part #1 be removed (I already broke clip #6 )?

Just pull the clips #4 & #5 to the front and clips will free part #1.
