And actually Tom, I think that the best thing is to have a strong immigration policy that severely punishes anyone who hires illegal aliens, that punished anyone who rents property to illegal aliens and that punishes anyone who offers services to illegals aliens (such as bank loans and mortgages).
And yes I do not want people, whose first act upon entering this country is to break the law (by entering here illegally) to be granted benefits that only legal residents are entitled to. And while I am at it, I favor a law that will deny automatic citizenship to the children of illegal aliens.
And lest I be accused of hypocrisy, I think that Cubans coming into the U.S. must prove that they are in fact the victims of political prosecution before being granted automatic asylum.

Is there something wrong with my children having mexican american friends? Or am I wrong to mention it? I cannot quite get a grip on why you seem to be belittling my statement. You asked how I was speaking, how am I to answer other than honestly?
As for the rest of your statements I think I probably agree with them.
And if you continue to ridicule me I will go back to avoiding any direct interchanges with you.
