Dee8go's and JD's tales reminds me of another one.....my oldest daughter just turned 8 last month. On her birthday, I took her out into the woods, made a big campfire, cooked her breakfast on the coleman stove and sat around in the woods talking, waitingfor the sun to rise, in 20 degree weather.....and she absolutely loved it. It was priceless - I couldn't believe she wanted to do it (she's VERY girly - like her mother).
