My question is how do I know when I'm at 50% load and If I don't do it right will I know? Will the same original symptoms come back if initialization is not done right? Thanks
Never had any issues reinitializing a new replacement other than normal driving.
You did not mention what the original symtoms were?

Spin over no start, dying while driving, then starting back upo after a half hour?

If it dies while driving, it will set a fault code, if it spins over, but does not start, it normally will not set a fault code.
