There are no cylinder/key holes on ANY doors on our 97 E320, the only key hole is placed on the trunk.
The first time that I experienced door problems was due to low batteries inside the remote, the car was parked on our driveway doors locked and I had no clue how to open the darn thing, called MB Roadside Service for help, the tech showed my how to open the doors by inserting the key in the trunk cylider, what a STUPID design. And, the owners manual is of no help on this issue.
