The PSE pump does not control all of those functions but it does need to be version coded acording to specific models/equipment.

Concerning your cars' problem, it sounds like the R/F Door Control Module is the first piece of the puzzle. Since there are too many scenarios to explain, you may want to consider having the fault codes checked while the problem is occurring. If one control module on the inteior network (CAN) fails, it can affect many other electrical functions.

Of course, check the battery first. Bad batteries can cause a variety of electrical malfunctions, especially on networked MB's.
