The electric razors are expensive and seem to bother my skin pretty quickly. The cheap throw aways are good for like 1-2 uses before my neck gets really red. Mac's 3's are expensive, but so is this Merkur.

Are they any good or am I just going to turn my face into a bloody mess? I once went to an old school barbor who used one and it was a pretty awsome shave.
