Is the procedure for changing the ATF in a 1994 C280 the same as the other models? By removing the pan, is this releasing the fluid or is there a plug somewhere? Also, what are your thoughts on how often you should change the fluid? I'm a new owner of the car and it's coming up on it's 90k service. From what I can tell other than oil changes, the car has not been serviced for anything since it's 60k service.

Should I go ahead and follow the 90K service recomendations outlined in the service booklet?

I plan to do as much servicing that I can myself.
