As for the pedals, they will work, should not need to do any mods. except for the fact that the W123 pedals wont hit the floor in the same place so you will have to make a stopper block for the W123 clutch pedal.

EDIT** the linkages from a W116 might work, W123s will not.
ok, so the drive shaft is to short... i'll have to go get the drive shaft out of the 116 and see how that stacks up. hopefully with turbobenz measurements I'll know how long i need it to be.

I have the 124 Speedo (cable driven, and fits the 126 cluster) that is already calibrated for the 3.07 rear in my SD. i just need to know how to change the millage on the 124 speedo.
