Even my "Toyota" has potential issues. Here's a fun one I just found out about. Lower ball joints like to kinda fail at around 80k miles. (This is a pic of a guys car on the Lexus forum, not mine)
So, what ya do? Buy what ya like, take yer chances I guess.
