Because you can be seeing a mindfawk for all sorts of things. Lets say you have a case like the TV Show Monk. Well, it is OCD but hardly considered dangerous unless the mindfawk deems so. There are all sorts of reasons to see a mindfawk. However, not all classify you as insane.
