I don't see any need for an anaesthesiologist for a colonoscopy. I've seen prices for a colonoscopy from $800-3400. My only complaint when I had one done recently was they gave me some kind of drug to relax me. I found it distracting and unnecessary. It's my understanding that age 50 is the year to have one done.
