Can't be done without some fooling around. Either do that or forget about enhancing the power. You can't have it both ways. You want the omelette? Break some eggs. You will need to work on the exhaust because where do you think the gases have to go? You need to think of it as an air pump. You can stuff the cylinders but it has to go somewhere.
