Mine just went where the hose from the head connects. Is it all one piece back to heater core, or just a way of getting from one side of firewall to the other. Lucky I was almost to work when it occured. It was indeed a massive leak, but cut off car as soon as saw steam, so only lost about 2 quarts coolant. Was able to put hose back on enough to get wife to take home. Will be investigating this evening, but looks like a pain to get to.
