OK it was pumps. Switched pumps from other car and this one now runs and stays running. So now I guess I'll find out more reasons why it only cost me $600 to buy this car. It is running rich however. Plugs are getting black, some black smoke which is the way the plugs were when I got the car. Put in new NGK copper core 2238 had champs in it.

So car is running, running rich and furthermore no start when hot-wants to but not quite (probably because plugs are fouled)
