The 280C engine is the worst of the 110's from a performance standpoint, so if you used the block, you would be losing some power from a lower compression ratio.

You need to take the cam box from an injected engine because it has the mount for the injection's linkage.

Since you will have to have to change the head, you may be better off with a complete injected engine. As CTH says, they are plentiful and cheap.
