I try to avoid 'burning rubber' but my 1960 220S finback 'Miss Daisy' still can do it.
Last October, when I picked up the car from the 2 daughters of the original owner, I had to back the car down a steep driveway with brick retaining walls close on each side. I got too close to one wall and, unused to this clutch, made a loud screech like a getaway car. I got away from the wall but probably scared the ladies half to death!
