i read on a reply to a post somewhere on this forum, that the Euro 500E/E 500 starts if 1st gear, and that is has higher reving shifts, that the US E 500's. Is this true?!?!

What else is different between Euro and US spec 500E/E 500's?!?!

BTW, you may be thinking....if i own a E 500 shouldnt i know whether or not my car(Euro Spec) starts in 1st gear?!?!

well...i dont have my E 500 yet, ive been waiting and waiting, and im so anxious!, but it should be here in one week!!so i guess im trying to find out as much as i can on what im getting....ive done alot of research, and know alot about the E 500, but this 1st gear start-OEM, and higher reving shifts on Euro models is something new to me....

***one more quick question i hope you can help me with...Is it true that the E 500's came with SL 600 brakes?!?!
