I would start with the fuses. The fuses are set up to run FL & RR on one fuse and FR & RL on another fuse. If the fuses are OK then you can check if there is power going to the window motors by removing the door panel and then you will find a two wire terminal block that the wires go to so you can check for power. Before you remove door panels make sure you have the switches plugged all the way in.

Were the new switches you installed new or used?

When I was dealing with window problems I jumped the wires at the switch with 12v to see if the windows would work and all but the drivers window worked.
