Not being a legal scholar, I'll take your word for it. But if you are going to use the Bible there are, I suspect, the occasional disproportionate response that was sanctioned by God Almighty. You could probably help me find them if you took the time.
Has there been a disproportionate response to the above shootings? Or are you preemptively passing judgement?
