Do the viscous fan clutch bolt and the belt tensioner bolt turn clockwise or counter clockwise?...and how tight shold they be? And what does the tall "ADJUSTMENT LOOKING" nut connect to and do? The one on the vehicle that I'm working on is just dangling.
