Man, that'd be a tough one for me too....3k for a 600SEL that I've lusted after forever....I'd probably go for it, end up losing 10k....drive it a couple years, and end up selling it at great loss. But thats me. I have resigned myself to a 2002 E430 when the day comes that I can afford one....unless cdi's have come down in used price and have been proven as reliable as a 430.
