J.M., first off you want to have a PPI done by a MB-trained tech ... if you can find one experienced with a V-12 W140 car. Then you want to make sure you have deep pockets -- for replacement parts and gas. You no doubt have heard the adage "there's nothing more expensive than a cheap MB automobile". If money is no object and you really want this car ... go for it ... you only go around once. Personally I'd opt for a CL500.
