Ok,

So I have the 3 allen bolts off now. Should the pulley come off with only them removed?? It doesn't seem right, but I haven't put much effort into trying to remove it yet. How can 3 small bolts drive all those accessories?

Any help, beyond what already has been written, is greatly appreciated!
