Yep..mostly CD's for me too. I listen to Winamp at work with all of my mp3's on my PC.
On my morning commute though (30-40 minutes)...I have ADD and listen to a mixture of ESPN radio (AM 1350)....the Preston and Steve show on 93.3 WMMR (I lose it 15 minutes from my house).....NPR....or 88.5 XPN.
XPN is the best thing I've found on the radio - it's member supported and really ecletic. I'm pretty sure you can stream it online if you aren't near Philly.

Evening commute - I switch gears and listen to the Don and Mike Show. I suppose the fall into the shock jock category - but much funnier and more cerebral.
