Yes.....One would have to think if it were possible to raise MPG's 20% that Detroit would have installed factory only refill cannisters of this secret sauce in vehicles long ago in order to more cheaply meet fleet fuel mileage requirements rather than wasting money engineering more efficient engines all these years......
