Lest any future readers of this thread think the 201 latch is a direct swap into the 124 -- it is not, it is almost identical and mounts in the door OK. I have it installed right now just until I get the right latch (ironically one is in Wichita and I will be there tomorrow)

The 201 latch is too short to properly engage with the outside handle so my temporary fix requires me to open the driver's door by going in from the other side, or, reaching in through the open window, which has been the MO today -- it is 60 degrees!
