Is the Poster aware of the relay locations and that there are two seperate relays???
If the relay for high fan is in place and you disconnected the blu sensor, you will get a fan by Default at ANY temp. [ but that relay has to be in it's socket]
Same condition if that sensor is OPEN.

If you do see someone has done a fan jumper, look under the dash for a possible switch..that is a common mod guys do on these.
