Which M119 timing chain guide rails should I replace?

I am ready to do the timing chain replacement on my 92 400E, before I order parts, I am not quite sure which guide rails I should replace along with the chain and tensioner. From Fast lane catalog I see 7 kinds of the guide rails:

1. At chain tensioner
2. Right, on cylinder head bearing cap
3. Cylinder head inside left and right
4. Cylinder head Outer left
5. Left, on cylinder head bearing cap
6. Timing guide rail Left&Right
7. Crankcase Left

Can anybody suggest which I should replace?

Thanks a lot.
