Nah we are just as bad, the only difference is that a lot of it never gets reported.
Now the school is screaming bloody murder, OMFG they are going to have to lay off half the teachers, and close at least one school....you know why? A "massive budget cut". They wanted $85M for 2008, they got $83M. Up from $81M last year. Yep that is a cut to them.
Every time they don't get every penny they want they scream bloody murder.
