Does this thread mean that stocks are joining real estate in the toilet? (Come on in guys the water is cold).

I was talking at lunch yesterday and the guys were musing at what a person would put money into in today's market. I said Farm Land? They said its in a bubble now and will go back down. ONe guy said to buy poor farm land now since it will be good for growing switch grass (he's a builder and land developer).

You know what we all agreed on?

The corned beef and cabbage was just outstanding.

The economy has been driven so far into the toilet by greedy bastards that it will take some real effort to salvage it.

WPA, CCC and TVA are looking better all the time.
