I don't play the market and I am by nature, a long-term, conservative investor. But I thought we were in for a severe correction last November and so, shifted about 60% of my assets out of S&P and Russell and into T-Bills on the theory that a 3-4% gain is better than a 10-20% loss. My "plan" is to go back into the stock market sometime in late summer. I think that's when the market will be at or near bottom. But that is not based on any analysis. Call it faith-based investment!
