Pull the pads, clean them, put a chamfer on the leading & trailing edges, lube the parts that the pads slide on in the caliper, that's it.
When you remove the pads, see if the inside is worn much more than the outside or vice versa.

P.S. If it takes you more than a few minutes to do this, you're a Slacker.
