Michigan gladly accepts cash for license/registration/plates.
In fact, until recently, they didn't accept credit cards at all. Only debit, checks, and cash.
On a side note: Apple Corp/Steve Jobs is evil and breaks every law they can.
They are like big brother to their customers and have shady cover-ups of security flaws in their system and hardware problems with their products. They delete threads on their support site if someone complains or asks about a hardware issue with their product!!! Amazing.
