Yes it is. But unfortunately, the dealers in my area are the type where you almost have to diagnose the problem for them. Case in point was with my R320, the bushings had gone bad on the upper and lower control arms on the left front side, dealer couldn't figure it out for the life of them, then I told them to examine the control arms, low and behold, the bushings were crap.
