The Germans dumbed down Chrysler so much with the PlaySkool interiors, redneck styling and product lineup, and decontenting, its a wonder they didn't just disappear in a puff of smoke. All that came out of that marriage-made-in-hell is the 300, which is now a fairly dated design. Not saying that Chrysler was such a prize to begin with, but Daimler did very little to revitalize the brand, for fear of canibalizing Mercedes sales.
