Question #2. On the dashboard- lefthand side-behind steering wheel is a black lever. when it is turned all the way to the right the engine idles slow and rough, when it is all the way to the left the engine idles higher and runs smoother, also at this setting the rpms take longer to return to normal. What is the function of this lever?
