The two sensors on the water outlet, front of the head, what do they do and what are the readings supposed to be cold/hot?

I was asked by a forum member to measure mine, one is a resistance (on the 3-pin one), ran 400-4kohm cold-hot, the others all read open at all times.

I suspect the resistance one is for the temp gauge (could have unplugged to verify), one of the others for the aux. fan, and?
