Same people who did it before. Yes, you will pay more that way but you won't have to pay more to support the illegals. I can choose to pay more for my meal and have someone mow my grass or stay and home and mow my own grass. I cannot choose how much it raises my cost because some parasites are there and how much it will cost in future because of them and the other parasites it attracts.
