Broken Collar Clamp on Muffler Pipe
While installing a new muffler on the 190E I broke the slide-up collar clamp that tightens the oval seal between the muffler pipe and exhaust pipe.

What can I do to tighten the clamp now that the slide-up side of the clamp is broken?
