WOW...so Cubans can now buy and use cell phones.

That is just another government trick...to make it easier for them to spy on citizens.

Actually, Raul probably read the study that concluded that cell phone usage is more dangerous than asbestos or cigarette smoking...that is one way to get rid of the opposition.
