Jiffy Lube is known for BS. They have been exposed numerous times as having unqualified or unscrupulous techs.

Before i would take their word that it was raing I'd have to go outside and be wet for 10 minutes!

Go to the shops forum and check for a good local Independent Shp, take your 320 there and see what they say. Do not tell them anything when you bring it in just get an oil/filter change and see what they say afterwards.

An honest shop will tell you about a problem, take you to the car on the lift and show you what and how it can be fixed. It could be a simple fix, it could be more serious.

Jiffy Lube techs make their bucks upselling you in crap you donlt need and that they don;t actually do 70% of the time.

I don't let my mother in law, boss or anyone I actually give a crap about darken their doors.
