If you want a stick get a BMW, MB doesn't really do those.

If you can live without a stick but still want to shift get a MB with a 722.9 so you can get the flappy paddles, err well buttons on these. Something like a CLK550 with the sport package should keep all but the most die hard racers happy.

You can get the new C with a stick, thats a nice little car.
