What are the severity of the leaks? Is it just minor weeping or is it bad enough that you are seeing oil stains on your driveway/garage floor? If it's just weeping, I would leave it alone and make sure the fluids are topped up. Of all the German cars I've owned, none have ever been immune to minor fluid leaks.

If you must find a repair shop and you are a member of Auto Club (AAA), ask for a recommendation. I will only go to AAA Approved shops if I absolutely must have someone else do the repair.
