I want a caliber, just large enough, that would be able to puncture the rear tires on the car/truck of the idiots in front of me that are there only to take up mineral-space in the universe, 'cause they ain't driving well enough to qualify as life forms...I don't want to kill 'em, just find out if they have enough brain-cells to figure out they have two flat tires that aren't being fixed with a shot of air from the local "Gas&Puke" station...

And, that's assuming they EVEN REALIZE that the tires are flat...
