hey guys, my rear headrests wont drop when the button on the dash is pressed!!!

i just found this out today, and once my mechanics get a chance to look at it, im sure they'll find the problem in no time at all!

But, I am still wondering from the time being, if anyone has had this problem, and can provide me with any possible sollutions?
