Rear subframe bushing replacement, W124

I need to replace the rear subframe bushings (the ones that attach the subframe to the car) on my '92 W124. What is the easiest way to do this? I don't have access to a lift, only regular jack stands when I need to lower the subframe. I also have a hydraulic press, but none of the Benz-specific tools. I will also replace all the suspension links while I'm at it, after 200k miles, things are starting to get worn..

BTW: The car is a wagon with SLS and ASD, if that matters.
