Well actually, her car did. She was sitting at a dead stop at a red light at the time.
This was her 3 month old ML550. She is emotionally devastated, but not injured. The car, OTOH, needs some work. Bumper, hatch, mufflers & pipes, perhaps some suspension components.
The other driver was in an '08 Dodge Charger. His air bags went off. His grill & radiator looked to be smashed in quite a ways, hood buckled, etc. Both vehicles required towing.
Needless to say, I'm pretty pissed.
