I'm thinking of taking the day off work tomorrow and spending the day cruising the neighborhood looking for him. I'm the only adult that can identify him and the cops are useless now he's had time to change his clothes. I suspect from his facial expressions and behavior that he is mentally deranged. My neighbor across the street claims she saw a person of the same description stalking a woman yesterday. But my neighbor is an unreliable source.
It's likely to be a fruitless quest but if I don't make the attempt and something does happen to someone, it'd be a hard pill to swallow.
I need to develop a clear plan of action should I spot him.
